Terms and Conditions

• Check-in after 2pm, check-out before 12 noon.
• There is no reception area at the site. When you arrive, just mention your name used for booking and make your balance payment (if any) to the caretaker.
• All rates quoted are nett.
• Children ages 8 years and above to be charged as adult.
• Public holidays surcharge of RM100 per chalet. For eves of Christmas and New Year, surcharge of 50% per chalet.
• Do bring your own food and drinks as they are not included in your booking and there are no F&B outlets inside the retreat (full list of provided/not provided items).
• Strictly NO day trippers (not staying overnight) allowed at the site.
• The rates shown are for accommodation only – please email us to enquire about events, wedding photography, filming etc. rates.
• The site is open for visit/recce from Monday-Thursday (between 12.30pm – 2pm). Please call 012-3246552(Melanie) to arrange your visit.
